The concept for an Uni-park Campus built around the new program and existing related facilities (schools, cultural centre, and athletic club) is emphasized via two staggered sister-buildings in the landscape. The masterplan's given block structure is unfolded, so that two clearly defined and attractive outdoor spaces are created, with a third connected park to serve as reserved area for the future.
Architectural Concept:
- Reinterpretation of area required in m2/person instead of rooms/person
- A spatial strategy was developed to encourage more internal university cooperation and interdisciplinary exchange. The strategy is manifested in an informal and varied circulation space called the mind zone.
