The starting point for the design is a diagrammatic analysis of the proximate landscape design from 3:0 Landscape Architects. The Village Hall developed out of this diagramming in order to create a symbiotic relationship between the landscape spaces being created and the programs required for the building. This search for overlaps and relationships led to an extension of the internal programs to the exterior, more fluid spaces, and an integration of existing qualities within the landscape into the building.
