The spatial arrangements react to the existing surrounding of the building site, and are based on their potential and enhances further development of the urban surrounding.

The versatile, existing vegetation on the building site will continued to be used to create succeeding building sites for various protagonists. Three of the building grounds will be built by the park, with the integrated kindergarten and the green corridor. These are the most important elements of the concept. The kindergarten is a partially two storied building with a special cladding, to function as playful signal within the park.

The green corridor is a new landsacape element, a grass roof over a slightly uplifted parking garage, which reacts to the existing vegetation. This elevation is necessary to allow inartificial ventilation of the garage. To increase the number of pedestrians ,shops will abe centered around a little place on Klessheimer Allee, which allows access to the park and to the kindergarten. 600 square meters shop area will be provided at the ground floor.

Various sorts buildings will be used, two types of houses with terraces which are reacting to the surrounding. They offer different size flats with varying equipment. Furthermore there will be two towers with insections which will be planted in the exiting groves. These offer flats, which are in two or three directions, centered around a concentric core.

One possible utilization of the tank hall / mind zone would be as centre for renewable energy, where existing and new companies can arrange to build an social- and information network.
